Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service experience to customers in resolving their inquiries/issues on account follow up via telephone and build up good relationship with clients
• Provide quality customer service such as market research and promotion to meet service standard KPI
• Provide report problems, potential crisis and complaint by the supervisor
• Provide daily administrative support
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Diplomas in any related disciplines or candidates from China (IANG) are also welcome
• Minimum 2 years or above Customer Services experience, preferably gained in B2B good knowledge in China market an advantage
• A self-starter and a result-oriented team player with good communication skills
• Proficiency command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin an advantage
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
