Our client, a well-established Investment firm to invite high calibre candidates to join their company.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations on HK and China Connect securities clearing and settlement.
• Monitoring daily securities settlement functions including clearing, custodian services and stock option settlement.
• Supervising CCASS and other broker platform operations.
• Guiding subordinates for the compliance to relevant rules and regulations.
• Overseeing the review and enhancement of internal operation procedures for both new and existing business operations.
• Handling ad hoc projects in business development and regulatory requirement, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Finance or equivalent
• With 8 years relevant experience inSettlement of HK market
• Familiar with the operation of CCASS, experience in global market settlement would be an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication skills, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Fluent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
