Responsibilities:

Risk Manager

• Assist in developing and formulating the Recovery Plan and Resolution Plan for the Bank Group
• Manage and monitor the recovery & resolution planning process or capital planning
• Regular review and update Strategic Risk Management Policy and Process
• Keep abreast of regulatory requirement, market intelligence and identify business opportunities and risk
  
  

  Business Analyst (AM or M)

• Assist to devise strategic analysis, customer segmentation, customer account plan, product profitability, KPIs, scorecard, sales targets, dashboard and metrics to achieve divisional goals
• Liaise with IT to develop and enhance business analytic tools
• Conduct quantitative analysis, linear regression and modeling using SAS 

Senior Risk Manager (Basel Model Focus)

• To plan and lead the development and enhancement of the credit risk rating models,  IFRS9 ECL models and stress-testing models
• To review the impact of the key risk areas for Basel III development and IFRS9 standards
• Conduct data mining and develop credit rating models and scorecards
• Review and handle credit portfolio management and MIS reports
• Handle enquirers from regulators or auditors 
   
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance, risk management, business planning and analytics
• Sound knowledge of accounting and management reporting on banking products
• Proficient in computer skills including MS office and VBA, knowledge of SAS or SQL is an absolute advantage 
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua
