Be responsible for strategic of sales department and durative perfect business develop system to support company business development for healthy and long-term.

Be responsible for leading sales team and work directly with sales force to support them to develop business based on the company direction and strategy. 

Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of sales strategies, career path, incentive projects, education programs, communication channels & events for sales force to develop HK business aligning with Company direction
• Responsible for sales development, work closely with top sales leaders, lead the sales team to motivate and guide sales force move up on career path and achieve company business targets.
• Responsible for designing and driving through sales incentive projects execution and ensuring implementation to support HK business growth.
• Responsible for local education programs design & arrangement
• Organize  events in HK market and hoc activities that help enlarging sales & recruitment opportunities for sales force
• Responsible for the development of subordinates and coach their planning, monitoring & execution skills for sales force programs
• Responsible for department budgeting
• Communicate needs & business momentum to relating regional & corporate functions, work with China counterparts to maximize resources

Requirements:

• University graduate or above    
• At least 8 years relevant working experience, preferably in direct selling or insurance industry with 3 years management experience
• Good leadership skills
• Willing to work with people
• Good coaching, communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and proactive
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Fluent in English and Chinese – Cantonese & Mandarin
• Mature and good analytical skills

* Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Development Manager.
