Our client is a well-known luxury skincare retailer providing prestige beauty service in Hong Kong for over two decades. To cope with the strategic development, we need urgently an Retail supervisor to lead the frontline sales team.

Responsibilities:

•         Assist Sales Manager to formulate and implement retail sales plan
•         Lead and drive the sales team to achieve brands sales target
•         Oversee & monitor the daily shop operation in your area
•         Communicate with landlord to ensure the shop operation run smoothly
•         Monitor frontline sales-persons’ performance and provide coaching if needed
•         As a contact point between top management and shop managers
•         Prepare shop reports, sales analysis and annual budget

Requirements:

•         Tertiary educated preferred or F.5 with over 10 years beauty industry experience
•         Solid in beauty team management with proven record
•         Strong communication skill & presentation skill
•         8 regular day off per month+ 17 public holidays
