Job Description

Building Service Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

Responsible for electricity, lighting, air conditioning and ventilation, air treatment, fire protection, refrigeration, water supply and drainage, heating boilers, lift, fuel and dangerous goods warehouse, BMS system and building facilities operation, maintenance and calibration
Responsible for the daily operation and management of the group
Identify equipment failures, incidents
Submit failure reports, and take corrective and preventive actions
Other tasks assigned by superiors

Skills & Requirements：

Graduation Year : 2018 - 2019
Degree holder of Building Service, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronic / Energy Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing Systems Engineering
Good communication, organization and analytical skill
Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Independent, positive and hardworking
Interested in food industry
Can accept the night shift work upon request
