Job Description
Main Responsibilities
l Deliver cash flow summary and prepare cash forecast
l Handle routine accounting functions including process payment, data entry of financial transactions, prepare vouchers
l Assist in closing on monthly and quarterly basis
l Prepare regular accounting reports
l Assist in quarterly budgeting process
l Monthly reconciliation and confirmation with related inter-companies
l Ensure compliance to Company’s policies and internal control requirements
l Perform other ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
l Degree holder in Accounting/Finance with a recognized professional accounting qualification preferred
l Minimum 4 years’ working experience in multinational companies
l Experience in Flex Financial System and knowledge in SAP System is an advantage
l Experience in group consolidation is an advantage
l Able to work under pressure and with a proactive manner
l Good command in written and spoken English & Mandarin
l Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint
