Responsibility :

• Report to Project Manager
• Responsible for monitoring and checking building services installations and ensuring that specifications, work procedures, work schedules and quality control of works are strictly followed.
• To perform site coordination work with consultants and sub-contractors / suppliers
• To handle the production of CSD with relevant parties
• To coordinate all on-site works
• Required to be stationed on site

 Requirements:

• High Diploma / Certificate in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year practical experience in handling building services projects
• Knowledge of Building Services Installations and relevant statutory regulations
• Familiar with site progress monitoring and on-site coordination with sub-contractors
• Proficiency in computer applications, e.g. MS Project, AutoCAD and MS Office
• Able to work independently and willing to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels
• Self-motivated, initiative and systematic
• Good command of verbal and written English and Cantonese
