We're currently looking for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor in particular with interior fit out and A&A works experience in Hong Kong to join our experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring on builders’ works, routine site inspection.
• The project will start immediately and is expected to last for 18 months.
• 6 working days a week from Monday to Saturday.
• Coordinate and liaise with client representatives, consultants and contractors for execution of the construction work and to ensure that specifications, working procedures, work schedules, and quality control are strictly followed. 
• Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant post-qualification experience.
• Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines. Degree Holder will be a definite advantage.
• Registered Clerk of Works preferred
• Sound knowledge in MEP-related works, building construction and fitting-out works
• Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Successful candidate shall be employed on permanent basis
