Responsibilities:

1. Handle and follow customer enquiries, orders and complaints on phone or through email
2. Coordinates project activities with frontline technician to ensure quality and timeliness of job completion.
3. Monitors work schedules and report grogress to management and customers on a regular basis.
4. Coordinate with various departments for labour, parts and materials arrangement.
5. Quotation preparation and time and budget management.
6. Provide consultation and various documentation to related parties.
7. Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

1. F.5 or above
2. 3-5 years’ experience in Customer service or Engineering will be an advantage.
3. Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Well organized and able to work multi-tasking.
5. Able to work under pressure with tight working schedule.
6. Mature, patient, independent and hardworking.
7. Proficiency in MS Office skills.
8. Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
