Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage maintenance works with respect to building facade maintenance
2. Manage procurement, contracts and projects works
3. Manage and handle technical issues / works.
4. Perform staff management to meet projects needs

 Requirements:

1. High Diploma in building surveying, building studies or related engineering discipline
2. Minimum 10 years' relevant experience
3. Strong sense of responsibility & independent, willing to travel and work overtime when needed
4. Good interpersoanl and communication skill
5. Good Computer Skills in MS Office, Project
6. Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
