The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring & supervising routine E&M system / plant operation, corrective and preventive maintenance, premises improvement / A & A projects including tender preparation and contract administration, as well as supervision of an in-house maintenance team and outsourced contractors.

Applicants should be holder of Degree in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines with at least 6 years’ solid experience, 3 years of which at supervisory level.  He / She should be a valid holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade B0, be proficient in using AutoCAD and with good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese. Experience in chiller plant operation and maintenance in large scale commercial complex is highly preferred.
