Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible of site management and coordination with clients,landlord,subcontractors clients and site staffs.
• Monitor site progress and ensure the works performed in required standard and quality.
• Monitor site conditions in a neat, secured and safety manner.
• Organize project documents for approval and arrange sample submission.
• Review with designers on updated site issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 2 years working experience, preferably in Lighting field  
  
• Experience in interior fitting out 
• Experience in handling workers, contractors, landlords and suppliers
• Experience in handling technical and management problems 
• Good knowledge in building service
• Good communication skills and good command of both spoken and written English and  Mandarin
• Computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PhotoShop, Sketch up, AutoCAD, MS project preferable
• Detailed-minded, hardworking and strong sense of responsibility
• Business trip is required sometimes
• Immediate available is preferred
