Requirements (Senior Engineer):

• High diploma or Degree holder of Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experiences and knowledge in HVAC systems.
• Experience with air-conditioning coordination in hospital will be considered as first priority.
• Main duty on job scheduling, human resources management.

Responsibilities :

• Management of Building services’ related works of government or private projects.
• Coordinate and plan the projects time, cost and performance targets.
• Track project progress and financial analysis of project.
• Undertaking other areas of project management do may be required.
• Visit site regularly to oversee & manage works on site in conjunction with the consultants and contractors.
