Job Description

Our client is a top tier local developer with a Large Scale Mixed-Used Project in Hong Kong. We are representing them to look for a Project Director to join their well establish team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

Strategic & master layout planning, overall project management
Manage internal & external stakeholder to ensure smooth project execution
Review Tender Document and Statutory Submission
Station in Hong Kong

Requirements:

Degree or above in Architecture or related discipline
15 years’ experience in Hong Kong/China Projects, previous exposure to large scale mixed-used/residential/commercial projects is preferred
HKIA/RIBA member is a must, Candidate with AP qualification would be an advantage
Familiar with property projects from conceptual stage to completion stage
Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
