Responsibilities:

• Handle daily general bookkeeping work
• Organize and filing both physical and soft copy of the bills properly
• Maintain proper records of receipts, payment, invoices and other reports
• Responsible in bank reconciliation
• Enter data into accounting system
• Prepare month-end closing reports
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports
• Support the General Manager with detailed spending & expense report
• Support quarterly & annual tax, compliance and audit filings
• To Provide administration support in maintaining and facilitate all aspects of office administration

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above with LCC intermediate or above
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• A good team player with the ability to meet dead deadlines and numerical sensitive
• Detail-minded and self-motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is expected
