Job Description

Our client is a reputable HK listed developer to look for an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager for a new development project in HK

Jobs Description:

Manage and handle the project development
In-charge of overall control, monitoring of site progress and works quality to ensure completion on time
Monitor the site managment and contractors' performance
Coordinate with internal project team, consultants, partners and contractors

Job Requirement:

Degree in Architectura, Building Surveyor or Engineering with Registered HKIA, HKIS & HKIE
Minimum of 8 years experience in a project coordination or management in large scale residential, commercial and hotel
Proven track record of handling project from scretch till completion
Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skill
High proficiency in English and Cantonese
