Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relations with client and project team
- Prepare BOQ and costing quotations for tenders
- Delivering the project in line with scope, time, quality and budget constraints
- Professionally managing projects to agreed brief/objectives with client and project teams.
- Programme and monitor projects to ensure key deliverable and completion on time
- Prepare weekly minutes, progress reports for design and site control coordination.
Requirements:
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Project Management or Building or Equivalent
- Min. 5 years’ in high-end fit-out project management
- Applicants with more experience may be considered as Project Manager.
- Working location: Hong Kong
