Requirements:

• 3– 4 years of experience in Retail, Commercial or Residential design experience
• Manage full sets of presentation and tender documentation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop or Sketch-up
• Capability of handling and producing of full set drawings
• Develop operational plans for co-workers. 
• Manage project execution and design management.
• Must be detail oriented and show leadership qualities
• Hardworking, self-motivated, organized, independent and able to meet deadlines
• Responsible and able to work under pressure

Job duties: 

• Preparation of all presentation materials, including design concept, space planning for all layout and selection of materials
• Responsible for all design drawings, detail drawings & time schedule planning
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and sub-contractors
• Coordination of site handover and supervise fitting-out progress
