Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in contractual and commercial matters of data centre projects of E&M / Building Services nature
• Review correspondence and give advice on responses regarding contractual matters
• Responsible for taking-off review during the tendering stage
• Perform periodic review on progress of work, give advice on potential delays and highlight risk factors
• Assist project team to prepare and maintain contemporary records
• Prepare claim submissions
• Perform cost monitoring and general quantity surveying functions
• Liaise with Employer’s representatives and other contractors on all contractual matters
• Set up central procurement platform and build up unit rate database such as material, equipment and manpower, etc for future tendering and sub-contract management

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or related disciplines
• Professional membership in HKIS / RICS / HKIE / CIOB is an advantage
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in contract administration of multi-disciplinary E&M projects
• Work independently with good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Immediately available is preferred
