Marmoles HK is a professional marble & granite manufacturing and contracting company with factory based in Guangdong. We are looking for high caliber to join our dynamic team as following posts:

SITE FOREMAN 

• Minimum 5 years relative working experience;
• Independence, strong problem solving and analytical ability;
• Good presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skills, willing to learn and work under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills(Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook);
• Have knowledge on stone material and site measurements is preferable;
• TCP T1 Certificate 

Duties

• Responsible for overall project planning, co-ordination and management of site works including daily paper works;
• Good communication and coordinating with management level, clients, contractor and foreman, monitoring implementation of project, resolving on-site technical issues, good organizational and time-management skills with strong technical background and site experience;
• Ability to motivate team members in a cross functional environment;
• Solid experience and good knowledge of tender / cost control / human resources distribution;
• For those candidates with less experience can be considered as Site Foreman
