Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase order, coordinate in the delivery of ordered items and follow up
- Checking of purchase orders with invoices
- Manage and update all purchasing documents and records
- Responsible for general administrative and clerical support, e.g. filing, data entries
- Responsible for ad hoc project as assigned
- Outdoor work may be required
Job Requirements:
- F.5 or above with at least 1 year working experience in order processing field
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and with good interpersonal skills
- Hard working and willing to learn
- Working experience in construction field preferred
Working Day : 5 - 5.5 Days
Working Location : Shek Mun, Sha Tin
