A leading luxury kits supplier for premium brands is actively looking for a Head of Design, with experience designing bags or related accessories, to lead and manage the design team. Among an entrepreneurial and fast paced international environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for the creating high end bags and pouches for the luxury industry.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 7+ years relevant premium bags related product/fashion design experience
• Be able to work with premium brands and be client facing
• Have excellent presentation and communication skills
• Speak English fluently, Chinese would be a strong advantage
• Be able to manage a team of designers and work along other departments
