Location: London and/or China

Responsibilities:

1. Complete product design and development on time

• Complete patch module by working with buyers and garment section managers in accordance with each seasonal styling plan
• Design new product based on each seasonal styling plan. The work includes drawing, batching and garment processing, etc.
• Arrange product sampling and guarantee the design consistence with expectation

2. Manage and improve product styling

• Collect feedback from retail operation and then find solution with buyers, sampling department and garment section managers to improve product styling
• Manage and upgrade styling database

3. Manage fabric inventory

• Prepare well any fabric material according to accurate data information and fabric lead time
• Manage fabric inventory efficiently by following company strategy and plan

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degrees in Garment management, design or related major
2. At least 3years buying/design experience in known brand
3. Excellent sense of fashion and skills in art. Candidates good at hand-drawing or color matching are preferred
4. Good skills in communication, data analysis, and action
5. A good team player
6. Good at software such as Microsoft office, coreldraw, and photoshop, etc.
7. Able to and willing to travel
