Job Description
Project Assistant / Project Executive (Creative Agency)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in / responsible for different projects, e.g. events, video/animation, design, website, social media
- Prepare budgets, timeline and work flow for the projects, make recommendations to management and client
- Assist the Project Manager to work out project plans
- Provide support & solution in assigned projects and ad-hoc tasks
- Monitor the progress of project works
- Communicate with internal and external parties/client, respond and resolve all partner inquiries, issues and concerns as required to ensure quality work delivered
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties and clients
Requirements:
- Well organized and detail minded, eager to work as team player
- Able to work with tight schedule
- Strong sense of responsibility, passionate and with initiative
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English & Chinese
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skill
- Fresh graduated or less working experience will be also considered
