The jobholder will work under the Swarovski B2B business and report directly to the Head of Product Solutions. The jobholder is responsible for providing creative solutions by developing inspirations, designs and technical drawings based on customer request from sales team in the global markets.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Develop creative work for our customers including trends inputs, mood boards, market research, creative designs and also technical drawings
• Fulfill customers’ expectation which fit the project brief, according to quality, production expectations, and development process
• Finalize design within given cost and tight time frame

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Diploma or above in Product or Industrial Design
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Jewelry/ Product/ Industrial/ Accessories design field
• Technical knowledge of product and accessories (e.g. jewelry, gift & premium, packaging solutions, etc.)
• Good hand sketch technique, and proficiency in using Illustrator/ Photoshop/ Rhino
• Creative mind able to surf on trends and adapt them, good commercial sense related to trends and functionality
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficient in written and spoken English, other language is an additional asset
