Job Description
The Duties:
- Lead and guide creative team to accomplish all appointed projects
- Supervise projects from concept through completion
- Explore and develop creative programs and festive decor concepts for clients
- Bring creativity to the creative team and inspire the team for breakthrough
- Provide quality control over concepts and projects.
- Able to understand client’s needs and present ideas and solutions generated
The Requirements:
- Be creative and aim for high quality design and standards
- Be a team leader and able to motivate subordinates
- University graduate in design or related discipline
- Over 5 years’ experience in a senior role in fields of festive decoration, exhibition, retail or window display
- Excellent knowledge of 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Adobe CS Suite is a must
- Adaptable & flexible working style
- Willing to travel
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, independent & co-operative
