Responsibilities:

• Teach and achieve learning outcomes of the relevant courses/modules assigned  
• To adhere to the Raffles curriculum and course outlines as prescribed 
• Research, develop and compile teaching materials to produce weekly written lesson plans at least one week in advance for modules assigned 
• Plan, prepare and deliver these lessons in a clear and organized manner to ensure the modules’ learning outcomes are achieved
• Incorporate relevant industry experiences and expertise to value add to teaching materials for the students               
• Develop students' creativity and problem-solving skills through various hands-on projects including competitions, field trips, and industry-supported projects
• Grade assignments, projects and exams according to course outline, mark students’ attendance, attend regular academic meetings and participate in Moderation meetings                                                  

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification in relevant field from a recognized academic institution 
• At least 5 years of industry experience, preferably with 2 years teaching experience in similar capacity
• Possess excellent communication, organisation and academic administration skills
• Fluent English communication skills, with neutral or mild accent
• Dynamic and enthusiastic, with an interest to nurture students and to help them achieve their potential
• Creative and open-minded with an ability to adapt to a multi-cultural setting, and develop good and meaningful working relationships with students, parents, and colleagues of different nationalities and backgrounds
• Promote a culture of enterprise within the programme and amongst the students
