Job description:

• To work with internal departments to achieve the client’s requests and all the technical issues
• Including mechanical construction, artwork design and tooling issues etc. including mechanical construction, artwork design and tooling issues etc.Including mechanical construction, artwork design and tooling issues etc.
• To make the construction design and come up with an drawing concerning the issues of material selection, reliability, safety requirements, manufacturing process, functionality and unit cost
• To communicate with clients to confirm product specification, feasibility and technical enquirer of the design.
• To be responsible for critical parts/material sourcing
• To work with Production and Quality Department during pilot run and mass production ensure smooth transition from product design to production.

Requirement:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 5 years or more actual working experience in China factories
• Experience in dealing with overseas retailer customers, e.g.:  Walmart, Kmart, Disney Store is a plus
• Able to handle 3D drawings individually
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong analytical skill, able to cope with challenge and independently
• Well versed in plastic mould structures and designs
• Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Willing to work on both Hong Kong & China alternatively
