Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To be a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
- Provide and maintain excellent customer service and a pleasant shopping environment consistent with brand image
- Maximize sales turnover & profitability and contribute to branch efficiencies, through application of Brand Values and building customer loyalty while raising brand awareness
- Maintain current and potential customers to establish client relationship
- To perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects where necessary
Requirement:
- Experience in luxury goods or premium fashion brands is preferred
- Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
- Good command of Both languages
