Responsibilities: 

• To administer sales orders and procedures in order to comply with Company’s policies
• Work with the Quotation team to get quotations from suppliers for various services
• Work closely with Sales & Vendor on quotation issues and sales order follow up, to ensure vendor’s quality meets requirements
• Manage Vendor PO and review related terms & conditions
• To prepare sales report, GP calculations, costing markup analysis and all other documents
• To maintenance filing system for sales contract & related documents
• Support Vendor sourcing and maintain Vendor contract
• To perform daily clerical job, such as input sales order / sales related data in systems etc.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• University graduate with 2 years’ experience or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Cantonese and English (both written and oral), proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Experience in order follow up from development to production
• Experience in sourcing & procurement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently while at the same time be a team-player.
• Immediate available would be an advantage
