Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing team, develop and execute marketing strategy and manage costs in line with agreed budgets
• Develop branding, maintain position and build a high-performance digital marketing team

• Customer acquisition, retention, purchase frequency, budget and cost control

Requirements:

• 10+ years of marketing experience with a background in E-commerce/online retailing role combined with digital strategy / agency 
• Strong analytical, strategic and sales skills for increasing customer acquisition, development and retention
• Key digital marketing channels, ie. SEM/PPC, affiliates, shopping sites and social media
• Developing and executing branding and positioning strategy
• Managing budget with 2 years+ developing team
