Job Duties 職責

• Receiving and checking incoming goods     收貨及點算
• Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality     檢查收貨品質,分類
• Support on Logistics & Warehouse Operations   支援物流及貨倉的日常運作
• Co-ordinate with operations team for inbound & outbound shipment  與運營團隊協調進出貨物
• To assist general office administration duties including filing, data input and document preparation   負責一般文書工作包括準備文件、資料輸入、整理存檔
• Update inventory related information into the ERP system    更新ERP系統資料

 Requirements 工作要求

•  Form 5 or above    中五或以上學歷
• 1 year or above working experience in luxury industry is an advantage 於奢侈品行業有1年或以上相關工作經驗優先
• Able to work independently, well organized and attention to details  獨立處理工作、良好組織力、細心
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills  良好人際關係及溝通技巧
• Honest , reliable, willing to learn and hard-working   誠實可靠、勤奮好學
• Good of computer application like Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing  熟練使用Microsoft Excel / Word 和中文輸入法
• Immediate available is preferable  能即時上班者優先
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned   其他臨時工作
• Fresh graduate will also be considerate   應屆畢業生亦會考慮
