Our client is a well-established retailer. Due to expansion, they are looking for a high caliber to join them as a Project Lead.

Accountabilities

• Manage CRM, digital and enterprise solutions revamp and enhancement projects
  
• Gather application demand & business need, translate them into required digital transformation, lead project planning and advise management with feasible digital solutions from a business perspective which can satisfy customer and stakeholder needs
• Act as the team lead of the detailed project plans to oversee compliance with business strategies, company policies & guidelines and security requirements
• Coordinate project activities and communicate effectively with IT Team on project risk and technical issues to ensure milestones are reached timely and met prescribed standards
• Develop communication plans and deliver progress reports

Attributes

• Degree holder in Information Systems, e-commerce or related disciplines
• Digital-savvy with minimum 10 years' proven project management experience in driving and implementing digital projects and enterprise solutions, preferable in retail industry
• Strong and dynamic project leader with superb stakeholder and vendor management, analytical, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
• Highly-communicative, creative and detail-oriented, able to juggle different projects and priorities
  
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
