Responsibilities:

• Daily E-Commerce sites maintenance including, but not limited to product management, content uploads and promotion.
• Assist and support online retail business development, product launch evaluation, market research
• Plan and execute advertising tactics using Facebook and Google Adwords
• Content creation and copy writing for websites and advertisement
• Coordinate with different departments and parties to follow up on shipment schedule for multiple distribution channels for punctual delivery of products for worldwide customers
• Follow up and handle client/customer inquiries
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Degree or above in eCommerce / Marketing / Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• Familiar with Crowdfunding platforms / E-commerce operation is a plus
• Basic knowledge in Wordpress/WooCommerce/Shopify is preferred
• Detailed mind, self-driven, organized responsible, eager to learn new skills
• Team player with good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must
