Our client is a leading fashion retail group. They are seeking for an expert in CRM to join the commercial team.

Responsibilities:

• As a leader to develop CRM strategies, driving the direction in planning, design and implementation which align with the most current technology to offer better customer experience and achieve KPI for client acquisition, retention and recovery. 
• Perform business review and study current brands profile to develop an effective consumer engagement program.
• Responsible to pilot the whole process and working with internal departments to facilitate the success of each program.
• Manage digital touch points to engage members including social media, eDM, SMS, website, mobile apps etc.
• Work across different business units to gather requirements to analyze, design and implement feasible technology solution to support emerging business needs and sustain loyalty of members.
• Support e-Commerce on planning and delivering CRM strategies to map with consumer behavior to drive for sales growth.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis through segmentation for the needs to develop business strategies.
• Manage training across project teams and share knowledge across departments.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in e-commerce or digital related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in CRM and digital project in retail industry, preferably from fashion or beauty/cosmetic industry.
• Strong in leadership, hands-on and excellent project management skills.
• Advance skills in data analytics. Capable to work independently and be very hands-on.
• Strong communicator and capable to present to Senior Management.
• Good command in Chinese and English.
