To cope with rapid growth and expansion of our company group, we are seeking an E-Commerce Officer to join our growing new business unit.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and optimize in-charged region/ countries’ web stores and marketplaces (including but not limited to eBay and Amazon) to increase visibilities, market shares, orders, sales revenue and profits to meet company and region targets;
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotion campaigns, conduct market research and data analysis etc;
• Prepare effective promotions and advertising write up, product highlights and marketing materials copywriting in English and 1 more EU language (German/ French/ Spanish content or translation, depending on candidate’s language abilities);
• Work closely with different function units (IT, Product/ Purchasing, Customer Service, Operation, Warehouse & Logistics etc) for smooth operation & continuous business improvements;
• Assist any ad hoc work and projects assigned;
• Explore areas of E-commerce opportunity to extend business scope & drive market share/ revenue, conduct feasibility studies and set-up potential new channels/ opportunities for country business development/ expansion (focus on Europe Region: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy).

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Language, Communication or related field;
• 2 years+ relevant working experience in E-commerce/ Marketing/ Global Business/ Health & Beauty;
• Experience in Global/Europe marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Rakuten, Priceminister, Fnac, Rue Du Commerce with proven record and achievements) would be a big advantage;
• Strong knowledge of E-commerce environment and e-marketing trends, good communication, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and 1 more EU language. Proficiency in more foreign language(s) esp. German/ French/ Spanish would be an advantage;
• Passionate and familiar with Beauty products. Experience in Skincare, cosmetics or feminine industry would be an advantage;
• Self-motivated, driven, fast learner, able to handle multi-tasks/ projects and meet tight deadlines, eager to learn new technologies and a good team player;
• Proficiency in English (& 1 more EU language) Word Processing, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel);
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Candidates with more experience/ qualifications will be considered as Senior E-commerce Officer.
