Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by implementing strategies and initiatives that will drive traffic, conversion, retention, revenue and profitability;Executive (E-commerce)
• Drive digital marketing strategies and implement effective online campaigns and digital marketing strategies;
• Monitor and manage daily operations;
• Work closely with various departments to ensure optimum support for the website, including marketing,  design,  logistics teams
• Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search & SEO;
• Develop and monitor digital channel 
• Monthly review and analysis of performance providing insight on how to improve sales (with action plans and budget);
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the online retail industry

Qualifications:

• At least 2-5 years’ experience working experience in e-commerce environment;
• Strong knowledge on SEM/SEO;
• Basic knowledge of Magento;
• Competent in website management and digital marketing, content development; social media, Facebook Ad, CRM, online advertising, Google Adword, online customer acquisition, analytics tools such as Google Analytics and user experience;
• Business-oriented and highly collaborative with excellent strategic problem solving skills;
• An excellent sense of teamwork, willingness to share ideas and the ability to ‘think outside the box’ are essential
