Commercial & Marketing Executive (eCommerce)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing materials, source info data and to assist in marketing promotions
• Deliver operations support to exhibitions, monitoring progress and keep schedules
• Liaise with exhibition venue and outside parties
• Perform data analysis, prepare reports and recommend profitable action
• Develop and maintain customer experience journey and account retention program
• Facilitate sales prospecting with the use of social media, web information and e-marketing
• Develop cross border eCommerce information regarding e-marketplace and vertical platforms
• Responsible for conducting market research and transit-time test
• Collection of competitor information with analytical reporting in pricing, services, promotions and market development

Requirements

• University graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years' solid relevant experience 
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Presentable and analytical
• Pro-active, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented team player and multi-taking with strong sales and marketing sense
• Customer-oriented, good team spirit and able to work under pressure
• Experience in sales and marketing of either products or services, preferably in the transportation industry
• Proficiency in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
• Experience in MS access, SQL, VB or other program languages have advantages
• Immediately available is preferred
