Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize sales growth in E-commerce channels
• Monitor daily operation of the online shop to achieve sales target and run smoothly
• Prepare E-shop and advertising write up and product highlight
• Work closely with marketing and purchase product selection, categorize and pricing
• Plan and implement effective online marketing campaigns and promotions
• Lead SEO initiatives to ensure top visibility on local search engines
• Monitor traffic and performance marketing ROI such as SEM, paid social, affiliate and re-targeting
• In charge of daily analysis of sales and reporting on central KPIs and generate actionable insights

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years of E-commerce retail industry experience
• Solid hands-on experience of content management system
• Excellent communication and project management skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team with can-do and positive attitude
• Attentive to details, exceptional analytical skills and able to meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
