Responsibilities:

• End to end delivery of new media projects for TVB customers - from project planning to project execution
• Consumer service design for mobile app, website & TV platforms (e.g. product’s customer proposition and expression, functionalities, UI and customer experience consideration etc.)
• Product management of existing consumer services including myTV SUPER & big big channel
• Assist in ad-hoc projects when required
• Handle enquiry from internal team and external customers

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Electronic / Computer Engineering, Computer Studies or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Well-developed writing, journalistic and communication skills
• Strong organizational, logistical and planning skills
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining work quality
• Good analytical skills and attentive to details
