Job Description

Job Location: Shanghai, China

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute brand partnership and service store projects in Greater China
  • Build meaningful connections with like-minded brands to increase brand awareness among potential members, drive traffic
  • Plan, reach out, negotiate, execute, manage, summarize and improve brand partnership projects independently
  • Develop BD & partnership work flows and processes
  • Define and optimize partnership value evaluation system. Calculate and improve brand partnership ROIs
  • Investigate and understand members’ needs. Reach out to external brands, negotiate and bring in quality member benefits and discounts.
  • Communicate and coordinate work among Sales, Community, Technology, Product, PA teams etc. and lead cross functional brand partnership projects
  • Support each team’s respective goals and requests on partnering with external brands
  • Introduce quality brands to Community team and facilitate partnerships for community events
  • Manage and answer partnership inquiry emails
  • Research market, actively seek business growth opportunities and expand marketing channels
  • Build and maintain good relationships with external brands to support the Company’s business strategy

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. More than 5 years of relevant marketing experience preferred in a technology or Internet company
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit. Good at sensing new marketing opportunities
  • Logical thinking. Very results driven with an ability to execute quickly and independently
  • Good knowledge and experience in business development and negotiations
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent skills in coordinating and executing projects cross functionally
  • Strong project management skills
  • Self-starter. Strong sense of responsibility
  • Keen attention to detail along with strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
  • Continuously seeking out opportunities to learn and improve
  • Excellent written and oral language proficiency in both English and Chinese
