Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Event management of large scale ceremony
- Collect information for the production of promotional materials
- Assist in the production and distribution of promotional materials such as booklets, articles on newspaper and video
- Liaise with different parties for planning and implementing publicity activities
- Administer and update the website, promote the website to schools and general public
- Assist in conducting survey
- Provide admin support for the department
Requirements:
- Degree in Communication, Languages or related disciplines
- Level 3 or above in Chinese and English language in HKDSE
- 4 years’ exp in event management/public relations/public communication/promotion of project
- Preferably with exp in NGO
