Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and teaching Heguru program that helps each student achieve learning objectives and curriculum goals.
• Assist in preparation of lesson materials and resources.
• Create positive classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Observe, evaluate and record children's social and academic progress
• Provide lectures to parents and constructive feedbacks to administration.
• Collaborate with other staff members to promote the general health of the school.
• Assist in developing and implementing suitable classroom management system.
• Assist marketing efforts including conducting seminars and demo classes.
• Uphold Centre's code of conduct and policies in a supportive and positive manner.

Requirements

• Fluent in English. Overseas graduates preferred. 
• Able to work weekends. 5 days week.
• Able to travel to Tokyo for 2 weeks training and certification. 
• 2 years training bond.
