The key criteria for the position are:

• Genuine passion in working with young children
• Excellent proficiency in the English language, both in speaking and writing terms
• Ability to communicate in Cantonese and Putonghua
• Maturity and readiness to commit to this teaching career opportunity
• Efficiency for multi-tasking
• University graduate or similar academic qualifications.

Prior teaching experience is not necessary as intensive in-house, on-the-job training will be provided.

Our working hours are:

• 9:30am to 7:00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays
• Wednesdays from 3:00pm to 7:00pm
• Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

We aim to pay above market rates in order to attract team players who aspire to educate children as a lifelong career. In addition to a 13-month competitive salary, there are also performance related bonuses and generous benefits. There are 3 (one-week each) school holiday periods during Chinese New Year, Easter and Christmas.
