RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a member of the Corporate Strategy Team, the primary mandate is to plan and implement strategy in accordance with the Group's strategic business expansion plan in different areas such as optical connectivity, precision metal fabrication, and automations & robotics
• Support the team leader to understand the latest technology trend and for execution
• Assist the team to improve company’s business performance and operation efficiency through technology innovation
• Prepare and review business cases and proposals, and present to senior management for consideration prepare and review business cases and proposals, and present to senior management for consideration
• Conduct market research on new technological areas, evaluate and identify right projects that will benefit the business in the longer term

REQUIREMENTS

• Recent Graduates with Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines, MBA degree is a plus (Fresh grad also welcome)
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Strategy consulting / Management consulting / Corporate strategy or Corporate development 
• Ability to evaluate complex challenges and deliver insightful recommendations 
• Strong numerical capabilities combined with sound commercial acumen
• Analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity
• Confidence, people skills, ambition and pragmatism
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Chinese written and oral communication proficiency are a definite advantage
