Job Description
Responsibilities
- Online technical support of UPS and CRAC
- Online troubleshoot, investigation and resolving technical problems
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Electrical / Electronics and Mechanical Engineering;
- At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering field;
- Good communication skills to work with clients and internal teams
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
