Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain high availability of application services
• Ensure IT infrastructure security, reliability and availability
• Perform system administration tasks in various platforms, system and hardware updates and upgrades.
• Provide on-going configuration and work with service vendor to ensure new/existing system installation and enhancement properly delivered and standard met.
• Plan and conduct testing of the office applications and systems.
• Support internal IT problems in office, includes hardware and software installation, network administration and troubleshooting
• Support e-marketing program when required
• Responsible for email and website administration, maintenance & support
• Other Ad hoc projects as assigned
  

Skills & Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in MS SQL Server, Network, Windows Server, LINUX and UNIX
• General knowledge in TCP/IP networking, email server, firewall, FTP, DNS and VPN
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is an advantage
• Knowledge of web-page design is an advantage
