Major Responsibilities

• Handle & monitor all engineering projects from concept through to quality production
• Optimize product design and production efficiency
• Lead cross functional teams and manufacturing vendors in cost efficient production of high quality products

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or above
• At least 8 years’ experience in hard toys engineering / manufacturing and at least 3 years of managerial supervisory experience
• Strong and up-to-date technical knowledge & hands-on experience in mold building, production operation and industrial engineering
• Resourceful with innovative and cost-efficient ideas and solutions on designs and production methods to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, hands-on, with strong leadership skill and able to train up team members
• Good command in both English and Chinese
• Frequent travel to China is required
• Applicants with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Project Engineer
