Responsibilities:

• Product Development
  • To work with clients for projects and meeting business expectations;
  • To manage the research and development of products for customer projects and other product development;
  • To manage and monitor the project from design to implementation and to achieve timeline requirement and cost control.

• Technical aspect
  • To provide timely advice and guideline to the product management and development team;
  • To identify user requirement and provide solutions to the product function, cost, and safety requirement.
• Team Supervision
  • To excel leadership capability and to setup a team of technical engineers;
  • To manage the team so that could equip with ability to align the employee to grow together with company.

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Over 10 years’ solid experiences in warehouse automation development, or manufacturing automation industry
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Ability to freely travel to China, and South East Asia
• Very strong communication and personal skills to be able to meet customers and decision makers
• Experience hiring and establish technical team, design team and installation team.
• Regular reports to management
